TradingPRO Indonesia is looking for a skilled and creative Videographer / Video Editor to join our on-site team in Bandung. You will be responsible for producing high-quality videos that support our brand storytelling, educational content, and marketing campaigns.
From shooting behind-the-scenes clips to editing engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts, you'll play a vital role in growing our online presence and building trust with the Indonesian trading community.
Description
A Video Editor is responsible for assembling recorded footage into a finished project that matches a director’s vision and effectively communicates the intended message. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and technical expertise in video editing software. The editor works closely with videographers, producers, and clients to ensure content is engaging, polished, and aligned with the brand or project's goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for social media, marketing campaigns, webinars, tutorials, and event coverage.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life.
- Add visual effects, motion graphics, and branding to videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
- Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram and Facebook Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Organize video assets, maintain content libraries, and manage backups.
- Stay updated on video trends, transitions, audio syncs, and viral content formats.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or Content Creator (portfolio required).
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in camera operations (DSLR/mirrorless), lighting, and sound setup.
- Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Knowledge of video storytelling, pacing, transitions, and audio balancing.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience creating content in the finance, forex, or crypto space.
- Comfortable directing talent and giving creative input on set.
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
